SHORT TERM VACATION RENTALS

In April, 2017, the Cathedral City City Council approved an ordinance regulating short term vacation rentals.  Within the ordinance is a provision requiring a Health and Safety Inspection for new and renewing applicants.   Inspection appointments are scheduled through Fire Administration at (760) 770-8200. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an inspection. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in an additional $50. inspection fee.
