Operations Chief

The divisions of Operations and Training are headed by Robert VanNortrick, Division Chief. Division Chief VanNortrick rose through the ranks of the Cathedral City Fire Department and surpassed all candidates in a nationwide search for his current position.

Division Chief VanNortrick oversees operational matters within the department and ensures that all personnel and equipment are maintained in a state of operational readiness. Additionally, as a vital component to operational readiness; Division Chief VanNortrick establishes and assures that departmental training needs are met and maintained with current guidelines.
